My Thoughts

Letting go of Stress with Breath

Welcome to your healing journey!

I’d like to give you a free meditation to help you along the way.

This meditation was designed for times of stress. My clients will often hear me say “When in stress, go to the breath.”
Breathing seems like a no-brainer physical response; however, start noticing when you are agitated, frustrated or triggered if you are breathing. You're probably taking shallow breaths with a tightly clenched jaw.
When in stress, go to the breath.
I used to do this all the time after I was in a major car accident. I was in a great deal of pain and it was pointed out to me that I was clenching my jaw and holding my breath. I had to INTENTIONALLY breathe and release the stress. Years later I introduced my breathing methods to my asthmatic daughter. We had a morning ritual as I drove her to school. She would apply Stress Away Essential Oil to her chest and wrists and follow my breathing prompts. Within a few car rides we both noticed her air capacity increased and so did her oxygenation.
This not only made her less anxious but it increased her ability to think straight and react better in times of stress. I knew this had to be shared! Not only did I help a preteen with a tool to use for anxiety and stress, but we also discovered a preventative tool for her asthma. So here is my gift to you to transform your stress and share with the ones you love.
This not only made her less anxious but it increased her ability to think straight and react better in times of stress.
Practice this balloon breathing exercise daily to set in a cellular memory so that you can relax your body and open up your mind creating healing energy, oxygen, and blood flow. You will feel lighter, brighter, and healthier in mind and body projecting that onto others. For a complimentary clarity call to learn more about letting go of stress click here

Be blessed on your journey,

Kim

This breathing technique has been a tremendous help to me. I share it with as many people as I can and use it for myself regularly. I can't wait to be a part of the tribe!!
